He is also a member of Thread Group and Bluetooth SIG, driving the adoption and standardization of wireless mesh for applications in access control and building automation. His mission is to revolutionize and simplify access control with Spintly, making buildings smarter, safer, and more efficient.

Malcolm Dsouza is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Spintly, a company specializing in smart access control solutions. With a background in technology and innovation, Malcolm plays a pivotal role in driving Spintly's technological advancements and product development. Malcolm has 18 years of experience having worked with Motorola and Nokia in Chicago USA. He was deeply involved in the development of femto-cell and liquid cloud radio technology at Nokia. His expertise in wireless mesh and distributed architectures has been instrumental in shaping Spintly's cutting-edge solutions for building automation.
